Short filtering times
Pumping has a more regular flow and there are no air pockets when the chambers formed by the filter plates are filled. All the work is concentrated in a single pump, from filling to final compacting of the pressed slurr
Feeding press filters
Use of the Rotho peristaltic pump to feed the press filter at high pressures reduces installed power by 50% with respect to other types of pump.
Long-term resistance
Abrasion resistance guarantees the pump a long working life.
No contact between the fluid and moving mechanical parts
No risk of blocking and clogging, more resistant to wear from abrasion than other pumps, with the effects of abrasion limited to consumption of the tube only.
Low running costs
Pump regeneration is limited to replacement of the tube.
